Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.

Your cake will be delivered in a temperature-controlled vehicle by our experienced delivery driver, ensuring it arrives fresh and in mint condition.

We take great care in delivering your cake, but in the extremely rare case that your cake is damaged we will do everything we can to help. If the cake is damaged upon arrival, simply return the cake to our driver who will bring it back to us for a replacement or a refund. 

Absolutely! During the ordering process for many of our cakes, you can customise them by selecting different flavours, colours, and add personalised messages. If you have specific requirements that aren't available as options on the product of your choice, please email us and we will be able to help further with any quotes for further changes.

To keep your cake safe and fresh, store it in a cool, dark and dry place. Detailed storage instructions will be provided with your cake, in your order confirmation email as well as in our FAQs on cake storage.

Our lead time is a minimum of 2 working days because we bake fresh to order - no one can bake cakes of our standard fresh to order and offer same-day delivery. Please check availability on our delivery date calendar for the nearest available delivery date.
