I have a little thing for matcha. It can be a divisive flavour, with some saying it tastes like "pond scum." I don't know which pond's scum these people have tasted because, to me, it tastes earthy, slightly grassy, a bit savoury, and very much like tea. Even so, I want those on the other side of the matcha border to enjoy it. And pairing it with chocolate works such wonders that every matcha-sceptic who tastes it crosses over to matcha's side.

The Chocomatcha Green Tea Doughnut Cake is like taking a moment of zen with indulgence. The deep, dark notes of Valrhona chocolate sponge and Belgian chocolate ganache give you that familiar comfort, while the balanced sweetness of matcha green tea Swiss meringue buttercream adds some unpredictable excitement.

To preserve our signature design and flavour, we currently offer customisation limited to personalised messages on the cake board. For bespoke requests, please get in touch.

We can accommodate vegan,

Store the cake in a cool, dry place. If the ambient temperature is warm, cover the box in clingfilm, refrigerate
it and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving.
