This chunky hunk of a cake is a chocolate-pistachio dream.

Sure, you might have to re-mortgage the house for it but there is NO scrimping on pistachios. If anything, it might even be TOO MUCH pistachio! You heard it right, WAY too much.

What makes this cake special, better than all the rest, is the combination of Valhrona chocolate in the moist and fluffy sponge, and smooth and silky Swiss meringue buttercream, layers of gooey Sicilian pistachio creme and an abundance of crushed pistachios.

This cake is perfect for a real indulgence for Ramadan, Eid, birthdays and special occasions with loved ones - not just ANYONE. It's a special cake for really special people.

And best of all? It's a doddle to slice up!

Sponge:

Chocolate - Flour (wheat gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower and rapeseed oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

To preserve our signature design and flavour, we currently offer customisation limited to personalised messages on the cake board. For bespoke requests, please get in touch.

We can accommodate vegan,

Store the cake in a cool, dry place. If the ambient temperature is warm, cover the box in clingfilm, refrigerate
