The Frosting: Filled and covered with smooth and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in blue with piped orange details.

This cake is possible the prettiest cake I have ever created. Each flower is painstakingly, patiently, and wrist-achingly piped with love. 

A cake so very pretty, you might actually struggle to cut it. It's designed to literally leave you speechless.

What makes this cake special is the picture perfect aesthetics and the fact that all the flowers are pure Swiss meringue buttercream. Not crusty sugarpaste, no wires lurking, and no threat of contamination from real flowers. They're not only gorgeous looking, but actually, for real, 100% edible and delicious.

This cake is perfect for birthdays, Mother's day, Valentine's Day, weddings and anniversaries, or any occasion where you want to impress your guests with something so very pretty.

Sponge:

Red Velvet - Wheat flour (gluten), eggsmilk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.

To preserve our signature design and flavour, we currently offer customisation limited to personalised messages on the cake board. For bespoke requests, please get in touch.

We can accommodate vegan,
gluten-free, or nut-free requests by getting in touch.

Store the cake in a cool, dry place. If the ambient temperature is warm, cover the box in clingfilm, refrigerate
it and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving.
