I developed an unhealthy addiction to Lotus Biscoff biscuits ever since I discovered them in a colleague's drawer two decades back. They are delicious by themselves, moreish when dunked in tea, and only more brilliant in cake. The caramelly taste, crumbly texture, and golden hue—it all just works. Far more superior to the Oreo if you ask me. The Biscoff spread might be a step too far for me to spread on toast, but it's perfect in chocolate truffles and drizzled over cake.

To preserve our signature design and flavour, we currently offer customisation limited to personalised messages on the cake board. For bespoke requests, please get in touch.

We can accommodate vegan,

Store the cake in a cool, dry place. If the ambient temperature is warm, cover the box in clingfilm, refrigerate
it and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving.
