Red Velvet Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla extract, salt, colour RED [Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, Water, E551, Food Colour: E129, E124]

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.

*Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Delivery days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Delivery areas: London and Surrey.

Delivery charges: Free. 

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.

Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
