And then there's our Ispahan Pistachio Cake. Layers of vanilla pistachio sponge – studded with crushed pistachios to give the most delightful balance of textures – are frosted with smooth and silky pastel green Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with a cascade of pink buttercream swirls, pink berry macarons, pistachio macarons and crushed pistachios. It's sumptuously chic, and slightly nutty too.
